Siggy joined Eliot and I for an afternoon in the mountains. The snow has melted away; just a bit remains in the shadowed woods. We hauled up a bunch of supplies for future phases: flooring and electrical stuff. Eliot toted up ten cinder blocks and made us a temporary staircase to get into the house. Somehow our prehung door didn't come with a brickmold (exterior) trim. So we cut some pieces and installed them with copious amounts of caulking, and capped it off with a strip of flashing. Siggy didn't bring a coat, so he spent most of his time huddling in front of the propane heater.
